Like sustainability, a perpetual motion machine, or greenhouse gasses generating energy from nothing, purely science fiction, theoretically improbable. Especially considering planned obsolescence, nothing is built to last anymore, there’s no reliability, no longevity, nothing can be fixed or repaired any more. On average the life of stuff we don’t really need (pathological consumption) is only 90 days from new to blue (cart). Cheap is not really a very good consumer business model, sucking away our hard-earned money buying essentially the same thing over-and-over again . #consumption #abstractphotography #fineartphotography #pandamnit #lockdown
