This one looks like the Aurora Borealis, or a Reindeer pictograph, so made me think of Writing-On-Stone cliffs and the Bluefish Caves. 24,000 years ago there was a climate emergency, continental glaciers were melting rapidly, there were enormous rivers unleashing a torrent of melt water. Nomads settled in caves along the edge of the Beringian, a huge grassy plain that is now bisected by the Bering Sea. Eventually they went on to populate North and South America. Next came the Colonial Emergency wherein their land, food supplies, and culture were expropriated to make room for Europeans. #consumption #abstractphotography #fineartphotography #pandamnit #lockdown
